Two articles reporting that Tin Alley Players won VDL One-Act play festival by a margin of 5 points. Also reported the performance having received “one of the most enthusiastic audience ovations in the history of the festival” (Listener 14/11/59). Also an article in The Age (16/11/1959) mentions that Ron Danielson of Belgrave Group Theatre won a trophy for best producer. Ron went on the found and head what is now the School of Creative Arts.
